Justin is an experienced operations leader with a strong track record of optimizing business processes and driving growth. He most recently served as the COO of Altus, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives. Previously, Justin was the Chief of Staff at Mighty Digits, where he played a key role in scaling the company. He also ran his own company for more than a decade and has helped numerous startups in strategic planning, financial analysis, operational execution, commercialization, and fundraising, as well as mergers and acquisitions advisory. Justin earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin School of Business in entrepreneurial management with a certificate in business, environment, and social responsibility.
